ABOUT
Hi, I'm Penny

I have been practising yoga for 20 years and have been teaching for 15.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga brings us a clarity of mind, an openheartedness and a sense of tranquility and spaciousness. The added bonuses are that you get to breathe deeply and move your body at the same time!

I teach a mindful flow form of yoga.  Creative flows, with time to hold the poses, options for all energy and experience levels, breathwork, curated playlists, chanting, readings, poems, yogic philosophy and stories are what you can expect in my sessions.

Yoga makes me calmer and more grounded, and my day is brighter after yoga. There is a yogic magic that makes the hours of the day more spacious. I would love to share this with you.

Facts about me (if you're interested!)

I live in Sheen with my husband, 2 children, now both in their early twenties, and 2 dogs and 2 cats!

I used to work long, hard hours in the world of Hotel Management. I came to yoga in order to ease tension from my back and shoulders and was then hooked!

I trained with Ruth White Yoga, a Yoga Alliance registered school, 500 hours. I have subsequently trained with Jason Crandell, Noah Maze, Stephanie Snyder, Nathania Stambouli,  as well as the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies for philosophy and Judith Hanson Lasater for restorative yoga.

TESTIMONIAL
"Penny is the reason I love yoga. Before her, I would tell everyone I am just not a fan. I am a total convert and have never looked back!"

"I would like to offer a big thank you for all the healing you offered me when I was the most vulnerable in my life. You taught me to love myself, love my body, love my energy and you showed me how much I was cherished by you. You offer so much more than yoga, Penny."
SR
"Penny's classes are generous and interesting. She is attentive to her students' needs and stretches us in to a beautifully flowing choreographed class."

"Penny definitely keeps me on my toes whilst also making me breathe more calmly. I am thankful to reach Savasana feeling relaxed, but never overwhelmed by any of the poses."
